He's gone...

I arrived home tonight to find him passed on. While he did me a kindness by not asking me to make the choice, I wish so very dearly I could have been here for him at that moment he was most alone. I will miss him to the depths of my heart.
The Lelio's were here to help me bury him in his favorite spot in the garden.. Ghoster, we need to find the right flowering plant for that spot.
Thank you all for you words of understanding and love in the past few weeks/months. If you wish to respond here, please do so, but I ask you, PLEASE, if you see me at faire tomorrow, don't ask me about him. It will be hard enough for me to get through the day. No hugs, unless it is part of the world we are there, not in the one I sit in now. I really don't think I can take it and I do need to function.
If I mention it, fine, but tomorrow is going to be very hard. Next week, when I have had more time to grieve, then, yes, we can talk about him and how very much I loved him and how complete he made me feel. But please give me that time.
