Yes, it is. I commissioned it years ago from him and got it this year. He knew I wanted it for tshirts and was completely ok with me using it that way. Oh, and even though his ink tshirt version removed his sig, I actually used the scanned original artwork to design it and kept his sig, so each shirt is "signed" by the artist so he can get credit for such a gorgeous piece.

I got him to do a spooky portrait of me and Carla that we used to keep hanging over the fireplace at the old house. He does great stuff.

Both colors come is all sizes (S through 3X)
Kids are only light blue and come in Kids M only for now

And it is one "L", but I accept the excitement got you carried away. ;-)
