if you look at the full-sized picture on the website, you can see Phil in the background looking to the sky.

i saw Phil salute the stage while he was on flag-duty right after Jack's speech in honour of Pirate Rex.

that was his last weekend before leaving the states for another semester. nice send off, eh?
