roasting veges
Jul. 1st, 2005 08:27 pmroasting lots and lots of veges in olive oil...right now, Portabello mushrooms, red peppers, and eggplant.
Next onion, green pepper, more eggplant, zucchini and yellow squash. It goes nicely with tomatoes from the vine, fresh mozerella, prociutto, genoa salami and basil.
