while chatting with someone online, I had an epiphany...

he asked:
pulchiella or punchinella?

I noted:
it's written pulchinella, but you know him as Punch and it's pronounced "punchinella"
it's those weird italian spellings
He was deformed, but the root of his name is pulcher, for beautiful. I think it was a play on words.

I had never realized that until I typed it. It's such a funny joke.
