That there is nothing wrong with my shoulder and I should get back to normal with more therapy. He noted that there was probably some small tearing as the pain lessened after the cortizone shot they gave me last week. I should be able to be back to normal sometime soon.

I am VERY relieved. I took my first gentle yoga class this past Friday...It was tough, but it was nice to use the body that way again. Time to get back in shape.
