wow, I suck at updating, don't I

Went to the massage therapist for my shoulder today...the joy of ladder falling while stilt walking is still upon me. Thursday is the first session with the physical trainer.

I will speak highly of the massage therapist now. Amanda Costales, in Columbia. She is a wench guild member as of this year. She is good. She does energy balancing as well as the traditional deep tissue, shiatsu and sweedish. I went to her when I won the free one from the Fantasy ball, but went back when this wasn't healing. I smell yummy now. Eucalyptus and other herbal healing thingies.
