Danicia's five
Nov. 6th, 2003 01:43 pm1. What has been your *favorite* mask you made, regardless if it was for you or someone else?
Romance War hit, about 4 years ago or so. Made an elfen mask. Had a spray of pearls crossing her face and leaves cut out of green leather holding them in place. Other than that, the Angry mask that sits on my wall. One full faced mask, it can cry, show fury, show desparation, show pride, just with the angle. That is the sign of a good mask, how it changes, without changing...showing range.
2. Where the hell do you get that port you talk about?
Um, well, the Churchill's 10 year old Tawny port I find at Harry Brown's in annapolis, by the glass. But the other's I like are rather easy. Taylor Fladgate's 20, 30, or 40 tawny port, I have seen on Rt. 2 in Severna Park, in the giant shopping center. Benjamin's Tawny port can be found at most.
The CHOCOLATE is harder to find. Budapest Cream Truffles are from the company Kron (www.krondc.com) and can be found "locally" only at Mazza Gallery.
The two together...mmmmMMmMmMM
3. Would you perform full-time if you could?
DAMN STRAGHT! Full time career performing, without fear of being unemployed and unable to support myself and my cats, HELL YES!
4. If you could turn any book into a movie, and make it *correctly* what would it be?
Easy, the Belgariad by David Eddings. I have been in love with Silk for years.
5. What is your favorite trait about yourself? Least favorite? How do you balance this out?
Favorite - ability to play, loyalty
Least - anal perfectionist (behave children)
Children don't worry about what is right or wrong when they play, and if you trust your guts and trust those you love, you will prove the best of friends and the most honorable sort. Being a perfectionist isn't AWFUL, but if it makes me judge myself and others too harshly, it can keep me separated from the world. I just remember to play, and it all washes away for a brief while. Wish I could do that more.
