Sadly, no, thought it took my eye on the display table. I got a decanter and 6 glasses set for wine. Cobalt blue with gold and enamel. It still cost me almost 1,000 and it had MUCH less gold than the other sets.

There was a 5.000+ Eruo grape hanging lamp I didn't get, that I wish I had. Maybe when we eventualy get back.

Yeah, that tea set was around 2,500 E or more. I LOVED it though.

At least my decanter has the date I purchased it and "Happy Birthday" inscribed on the bottom.

The cool part was a recent "lets see Italy" TV show went to that same factory and I saw the master glass blower I watched when there on TV again.

Yeah, I need to get back to Italy. Really miss Florence and Rome though,

Fantastic pictures. I'm dying to go. Funny thing...when we went to London last September, there was a cast of Trajan's column (in 2 parts) in the V & A museum that we were very impressed with, and then to see the real one in your pictures was very cool.

The first night we saw it we didn't really realize what it was. The next day, I saw it again and got the good detail pictures. I love camera zoom. The thing is huge.
